2. Physical Hardware Returns

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included

Once the return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Hardware

We cannot accept returns for hardware that:

  • Has been used, powered on, or configured
  • Shows signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Is missing original packaging or accessories

3. Defective or Damaged Items (DOA)

If your hardware arrives defective or damaged:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos or video showing the issue
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on availability

We cover return shipping for verified defective or damaged items.

4. Digital Products & Training (Non-Refundable)

Digital products, including downloadable files, training materials, guides, videos, instructional content, or access to digital resources, are non-refundable once access is delivered.

This is standard practice due to the irreversible nature of digital access.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
